The shipping times listed are approximate. Beauty & Vintage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or lost packages. In the event of a delay longer than expected, an investigation will be launched that may take up to 15 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 An order can only be canceled if it has not yet been shipped.
\u2022 To cancel an order or add\/change items, please contact us immediately at sales@beautyandvintage.gr.
\u2022 If the order has already been shipped and you do not wish to receive it, you will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.
If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to a bank account you specify, minus any bank and transfer fees. The refund will be processed within 20 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Due to the nature of the products (cosmetics), returns are accepted only in the case of defective or incorrect products.

\u2022 The products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
