Beauty & Vintage ships throughout Greece, Cyprus, as well as to selected European Union countries. Orders can be easily placed in the following ways:

🚚 Shipping Methods
Deliveries are carried out with partner courier companies, depending on the delivery area.
Estimated Delivery Times (business days):
• Land destinations: 1–3 days
• Islands: 2–5 days
• Remote areas: 2–7 days
As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified via email or Viber/SMS.
❗ Delays & Transport Responsibilities
The shipping times listed are approximate. Beauty & Vintage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or lost packages. In the event of a delay longer than expected, an investigation will be launched that may take up to 15 business days.
🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations
• An order can only be canceled if it has not yet been shipped.
• To cancel an order or add/change items, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
• If the order has already been shipped and you do not wish to receive it, you will be responsible for the shipping and return costs.
If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to a bank account you specify, minus any bank and transfer fees. The refund will be processed within 20 days.

Due to the nature of the products (cosmetics), returns are accepted only in the case of defective or incorrect products.
• Returns must be made within 10 business days of the date of receipt.
• The products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
• Return shipments must be sent via registered mail, with shipping costs paid by the recipient, to the following address:

The refund is made within 7 business days from the receipt and inspection of the products.
